The staff was friendly and helpful during our entire visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and parking. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a great start to each day.

The place was located in a good area, with easy access to different places. the room was fairly comfortable, although not very spacious. the bathroom was clean and the service was attentive. Breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of options to choose from. the view from the hotel was also nice.

The pricing seemed inconsistent, with hidden fees at check-in that were not disclosed beforehand.

During my recent New Year's stay, I appreciated the hotel's accommodating staff who were always quick to respond to any requests we had. the location was prime, near many popular attractions and restaurants. The rooms were also tidy and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day out exploring.

I was a bit frustrated with some unanticipated extra charges that were asserted during check-out. This was not communicated beforehand and led to some confusion at the end of our stay.
